Author Notes

Auld Lang Syne A new year, a new slate, another start to this crazy thing known as life. John's mall shindig is based on something similar I experienced as a kid. Every New Year the apartment complex I used to live in would host a party in the lobby and invite all the tenants to come down and do similar activities. I thought it would be a nice end of the year arc that lets us find out more about one of our main characters.

In response to some of the feedback I've been getting, I've indeed noticed that despite the comic's name, there seems to be a lack of D&D. At most it's eluded to through the comic's run so far. Don't fret, the tabletop game certainly plays a part in these character's lives and you'll be witnessing it first hand very, very soon. Stick with us, and you'll see!

I hope you all have a wonderful New Year and thank you so much for reading Tailsteak and I's quaint little comic. Stay tuned for more!

Joy! Happy New Year to you, Jim and to Tailsteak. Found your comic a few months ago and I really like the positive outlook it has.
Be well, stay healthy.
Thank you for your great comic.
@Xon890: Thank you so much for the wishes and for sticking with our comic! For the most part RTS is a feel good comic, just like it's main character it's relentless in it's positivity. (I feel as though you can never have too much positiveness these days!)
There WILL be some instances John's positiveness will be challenged, though! Stay tuned for that! =3
eyes... regarding panel 3: Oh dear god where are your eyes?!?!
@TPRJones: lol! We were trying to go for a dramatic effect.
